Stepaside ETSS were also delighted to be one of only 40 secondary schools to take part in the NCCA Senior Cycle Review and be able to have a say in how we feel Senior Cycle education should help prepare our students for life after school.
Senior Cycle Reform aims to provide students with a more flexible, engaging and skills-focused senior cycle experience, supporting deeper learning and preparing students for further education, work and life beyond school. Schools across Ireland are currently in Tranche 2 of the phased implementation, with all redeveloped subjects scheduled to be implemented by September 2029.
